As a Lead Local Flood Authority (LLFA), Somerset County Council are responsible for managing the risk of flooding from surface water, groundwater and ordinary watercourses.
Somerset will be disproportionately impacted by the effects of climate change.

You will need to be educated to degree level in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Science or a similar discipline (or able to demonstrate equivalent and relevant experience in the industry).
