We are looking for Senior Consultants to work across the Environment part of our Environment & Society team, with strategic focus on flooding, erosion, water quality, water resources, natural capital, natural resources, and evaluation projects.
You will provide support to our senior project managers, taking on assistant project manager roles, as well as Project Manager roles for, initially, low risk projects, to gather and extend experience. Further, you will lead technical elements of evaluations of nationally significant projects, alongside having the opportunity to get involved and learn from the extensive range of projects that RPA delivers.
You can be based either in Norfolk, London, or in one of our regional hubs. This is a permanent position. We encourage those seeking either a full-time or part-time role. We operate agile working and so when you need to be in the office you can be based at either our head office in Norwich, Norfolk or at one of our hub locations (currently London and Bristol).
Salary is transparent and will be within our pay ranges of £35,500 to £49,000. We apply £3,000 London weighting where applicable. We offer 38 days holiday a year (including bank holidays) and after 6 months you will gain equity in the business via the employee-owned trust which brings tax free bonuses, profit share and a voice in the future of the company.
