At Weetwood we work hard to understand client need and required outcome and develop our approach accordingly. We don't get unnecessarily entrenched in technical solutions and we never lose sight of our clients’ end goal. We recognise the impact of changes in planning policy and the economy on our clients' businesses. Our clear focus throughout all of our areas of work is to deliver value for our clients by maximising development opportunities and minimising potential costs.
We deal with greenfield and brownfield sites, from single dwellings to large strategic developments and urban extensions for residential, commercial, mixed use, retail, leisure and industrial uses. We have particular expertise and track record in relation to sites indicated to be at risk of flooding. Our experience includes the identification of flood risk and drainage constraints and the development of cost effective mitigation measures, which maximise the value of development sites by maximising development area and optimising the shape of the development platform.
We have an excellent track record in helping to secure planning permissions for the development of sites of varying sizes with implementable planning conditions and then for supporting project delivery by discharging flood and drainage conditions and developing detailed drainage designs in accordance with SuDS best practice.
We have a wide range of clients in the public and private sector including house builders, property developers, property investors and banks, insurance companies, legal firms and private clients and we work collaboratively with consultants across the range of disciplines including architects, planning consultants, development managers, lawyers, engineers and property consultants.
Weetwood’s commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, high quality client service and environmental sustainability is reflected in our BS EN ISO 9001 and BS EN ISO 14001 certification.
