We also support a number of charities through a staff led donation scheme.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package including competitive salary and pension scheme, health insurance, a strong commitment to learning and professional development, twice yearly performance appraisals, annual salary review, an internal route to chartership scheme, payment of institution subscription, regular CPD/toolbox talks, twice yearly team events, staff awards, profit/performance based employee bonus scheme, rapid career progression, and flexible working.
